The ingredients needed to prepare Brushetta:

  1. Use 1 of indian bread.
  2. Take 2 of small onion.
  3. Prepare 1 of tomato.
  4. Provide 1 of capsicum.
  5. Prepare 8-9 of garlic cloves.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup of Boiled corns.
  8. You need to taste of Salt.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli flakes.
  10. Use to taste of Garam masala.

Steps to make Brushetta:

  1. Wash and chop onions,tomato and capsicum. Peel off the skin of garlic and wash it and then crush it.
  2. Take a pan add oil into it. Now add onion, tomato, capsicum and crushed garlic into it and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add boiled corns into it and then add salt to taste, red chilli flakes and garam masala into it and mix them all and keep it aside..
  4. Now take bread (kulcha) divide into halves and divide into other halves..means to four parts of it and now heap the pan and apply oil over it and cook both the sides of all the four parts..
  5. Now after cooking both sides apply the cooked veggies material over it as shown in picture. Now apply ketchup over it and serve it..
